01An opportunity in the everyday craft workflow
Our initial focus is Brazil: artisans and microentrepreneurs in creative sewing, baby layette, embroidery, crochet, knitting and textile crafts. Our hypothesis is that connecting materials and production reduces administrative effort and supports more informed decisions.
02The problem we want to validate
Boxes without inventory, forgotten supplies, duplicate purchases, slow registration, uncertain quantities and difficulty estimating material needed for an order. Costs and margins are scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets, calculators, messages and marketplaces. These are workflow hypotheses, not statistical survey findings.
03Useful tools, connections still made by hand
Notebooks and spreadsheets, generic ERPs and inventory tools, pricing calculators, order apps, marketplaces and chatbots can address parts of the workflow. Our proposed opportunity is to reduce the effort of structuring data and connecting these stages, respecting existing alternatives.
04Differentiation comes from the combination
Natural language, documented manufacturer knowledge, physical measurements, inventory with locations and production planning. The assistant should turn conversation into traceable proposals without inventing specifications or confirming changes on its own.
05What has already been built
Local app inspection on October 8, 2026: material and location structure, deterministic engine, PDF importer for selected families and a rule-based conversational pilot. The report records 4 families, 5 presentations and 94 document-checked variants. These figures describe technical pilot coverage, not customers, traction or market size. The base revision is 42ab3e2; local working files were also inspected.
06Scale through references and clear limitations
Our vision is to reuse structured catalogs across ateliers while preserving each person’s inventory and references. Before expanding, we need to validate data quality, usage rights, product identification and material calibration. No manufacturer or Anthropic partnership, credits or program acceptance is claimed.
